Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to UK & Eire trade customers only.
Credit
Upon receipt of two satisfactory trade references, a 30 day end of month line of credit will be made available to you. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are then due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Discount
Discounts are calculated based on last year's purchases from January 1 through December 31. When dealer purchases qualify for an increase, the discount will be reflected on future invoices.
Back Orders
To enquire about back order availability, please contact our sales team on 01284 705050. A back orders list is available on request, or downloadable in the My Account page of the dealer site.
Returns
Unless otherwise agreed, goods sold by Hal Leonard Europe are sent on firm sale only and may not be returned without prior authorisation unless they are damaged in transit, defective items or there was a shipping error. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods to be returned. In the event a damaged item(s) is received or there is a shipping error, the following procedure must be followed:
I) A return authorisation code and copy of the invoice(s) on which the item(s) is listed must accompany the returned package. Both of these can be obtained from your Hal Leonard Europe sales representative.
II) Authorised returns should be addressed as follows: Returns Department, Hal Leonard Europe, Newmarket Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3YB.
III) Upon receipt of the returned item(s) a credit will be processed against your account.
No unauthorised returns will be credited. Any returns shipped to Hal Leonard Europe without an enclosed return authorisation code will be discarded with no credit given or returned to the sender. Should you wish to return goods contary to the terms above, email trade.enquiries@halleonardeurope.com with a full explanation as to why you wish to do so.
Retention of Title
Hal Leonard Europe retains title on all goods supplied and invoiced until such time as the invoices have been paid in full.
